The property should be spotless with clean bedding on the end of the beds.
If you find anything to not be to your satisfaction please inform us within the first 24-hours of arriving at the property.

Please do not be late as the cleaners will need to prepare the caravan for our next guests.
Please ensure that :-
- All crockery and pans are washed and put away.
- All bins are emptied (the site bins are down the road opposite the caravan).
- All beds are stripped and dirty linen placed in the linen basket
The cleaners will check the inventory and any missing items or breakages will be charged for by Booking.com

Please note 64 Whitehouse is a non smoking or Vaping caravan.
Any cleaning or damage due to smoking or vaping will be charged.
| Security & Doors |
Please make sure that the door is locked and the key is left in the key safe whenever you are not at the caravan. There is a £50 charge for lost keys or swipe card.
CCTV operates 24 hours per day outside the caravan.
Site Access is via a card operated barrier. Guests will get a card with keys
| Parking |
Free parking is available on the road and outside Jakes. Please do not park in our neighbours parking areas.
DO NOT drive or park on the grass or on the space behind the van as this belongs to B61. Site Security will remove illegal parkers
| Trash / Recycling |
Bins are provided. These should be emptied upon leaving.
Site bins are near the parking bays in Zone C. Trash will need to be separated for recycling.
| Dogs |
Well behaved dogs are welcome but please do not allow them on the beds.
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravan.
Inside the Property
| Heating |
All Rooms have thermostatic controlled central heating radiators.
There is a Gas fire and Fan in the Living room
The boiler is in a cupboard in the small toilet.
Please contact the owner if there any issues with the hot water or heating.

The kitchen is equipped with:-
- Gas Cooker (with Grill and Oven)
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Coffee Machine (Dolce Gusto Pods NOT PROVIDED)
Guests will need to provide their own Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar etc.

| Living Room |
The living room has a 42” Flat screen SMART tv with Freeview. The remote control should be in front of the TV
There is a mains Gas fire, radiator and free standing fan.
There is a Yankee Vapouriser (Guests would need to provide their own essential oils.)
There are two sofas, one of which pulls out into a double bed.
Bedding for the pull out bed can be found inside the Ottoman / coffee table.

The dining area has a drop leaf table and chairs which can be used where it is or moved into the living room area to provide more space for the special meal.
| Bathrooms |
There are two bathrooms, One with toilet, sink, towel rail and walk in shower. The other has Toilet and Sink.
Both have absorbent floor mats.
Toilet paper, hand soap and shower gel are provided. Towels are not provided

Jakes Venue is a fantastic, recently refurbished and constantly improved restaurant and entertainment area, serving a wide choice of traditional food including fish and chips, burgers, all day breakfast, afternoon tea, a la carte menu and much more.
Restaurant and Bar
You can sit down to a sumptuous meal from the a la carte menu; get a snack, coffee or afternoon tea at Jakes. Food in the popular restaurant is excellent value for money and mostly locally produced with a wide choice always available. Watch sports events on widescreen TVs and have a few drinks in the bar while the kids have a great time in the amusement arcade. Children are safe in the arcade, whilst parents can relax knowing where they are.

Entertainment
There’s always something going on at Jakes Venue with cabaret acts, bingo, quiz nights and regular competitions to get all the family involved.
Ball Area
If the sun is out and the sky is blue everyone can use the ball park area where most ball games can be played. Kids can also get out in the fresh air to play in the Children’s Play Park.
Amusements
Rain won’t stop play at Whitehouse Leisure Park because the amusement arcade will keep mum, dad and the kids occupied for hours.
Indoor Soft Play Centre
Classic multi level adventure play with slides, tunnels, rope swings, walkways and bridges.
FunFair Golf
The brand new Funfair Crazy Golf is now open and it’s brilliant fun! Get the family together for some friendly competition as you work your way around the fun-filled course.

There is no Washing machine in the caravan but there is an onsite Launderette with Washers and Dryers.

Running low on provisions? No problem. No need to travel into town, just visit the onsite shop for everything you need. It’s always well stocked with essentials.

Towyn has a large number of bars and clubhouses, most of which are happy to accept walk ins.
We highly Recommend the Kinmel Arms for that special meal.

Whitehouse Leisure Park has the advantage of being located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Within walking distance to a seaside resort, you’ll find all the traditional attractions that families enjoy so much. These include Knightlys and Tir Prince where you’ll find all the fun of the fair, local markets, go karts and much more.
Visit a mountain zoo, scale the heights of Snowdonia, go sea fishing; explore enchanting, historic castles or go on a guided treasure hunt – the world truly is your oyster in our part of North Wales.
